Though all description and commentary are believed to be correct, neither Auctioneer nor Consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the property, and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, sizes, genuiness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, condition, etc. CLAIMS: No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. This does not mean you will have to pay the amount you bid; you only pay one bid more than the next highest bid, and only up to your maximum bid.
