Each lot is sold ?as is?.Lots are sold with all faults and defects, with all errors of description. There is no reimbursement. Please take advantage of Pridham's auction preview or ask for a complete condition report prior to the auction.The auctioneer has the right to withdraw or add to the items as listed in any prepared catalogue or listing. Unless exempted by law, the buyer must pay HST on the total purchase price. The auctioneer has the right to advance the bidding at his absolute discretion. The highest bidder accepted by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer's decision in all cases shall be final. The Auctioneer has the right to refuse guests to the previews or at the auctions, and has the right to refuse bidding from any attendee or attendees.When the auctioneer says ?sold? it is a contractual agreement between the auctioneer and the buyer. Guests of Pridham's previews and auctions assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and release the Auctioneer and consignors from all liabilities. The Auctioneer is not liable for any damage of the premises wherever the sales are being held.Payments have to made in full by Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cash. Registration: all bidders are required to give full name, address, telephone number (s) and postal code. Information is used pursuant to the ?Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act?. This information may be used by Pridham's only to contact you if necessary and/or inform you.
